Just submitted new book?

This would have taken you to Pete’s booking page.

Now, do back to the dashboard and move the book to Awaiting Order to go to the next step.

Note that when you get to “Awaiting Depost” you have to go mark the deposit invoice as paid in the book details screen to move the process along.

Booked 1st coordinator call?

This would have taken you to Mel’s booking page.

Now, do back to the dashboard and move the book to In Production which doesn’t do anything other than send an update, so you can then immediately move it to Final Review which will send an email with a link that will bring you back to this page again.

Booked Final Review call?

This would have taken you to Mel’s booking page.

Now, do back to the dashboard and move the book to Awaiting Payment. Then you have to go in and edit the book and mark the final invoice as paid.
